Job Summary:
Salary: Up to $2900
Working Days: 5 day work week (Mon - Fri)
Morning Shift: 7am - 3pm
Noon Shift: 3pm - 11pm
Night Shift: 11pm - 7am
*Shift Allowances
Location of work: Gul Way (West) - Transport provided island wide
Job Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate 1st Grinding schedule parts flow according to Production Planning, ensuring timely and efficient production
2. Verify the use of correct documents, drawings and master bearings during the manufacturing process to maintain quality standards
3. Operate Outer Diameter grinding machines to ensure good outer dimensional stability and rotational accuracy of each bearing and taper.
4. Operate Side Lap machines to polish the inner and outer ring exterior, ensuring a smooth and accurate surface
5. Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning and identify any maintenance or repair needs
6. Assist Supervisor in day-to-day operation lines.
7. Planning, coordinating the workflow on production lines to achieve production targets.
8. Trouble shooting production problems and assist in planning new project work.
9. Other duties as and when assigned by management.
Requirements:
1. Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering
