About the role

As an AMEA Zone Global Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Demand & Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Performance Manager, you will be driving AMEA demand and supply scenarios for the region and working closely with all Country Business Unit's(CBU) and Supply Points within the region and with Specialized Nutrition Global Supply Points. You will play an instrumental role in streamlining demand visibility across all CBUs in the region. In close collaboration with the team, you will synthesize the CBU demand signals to facilitate efficient S&OP & IBP processes and cycles on a monthly basis.


Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and participate to AMEA IBP meeting with top management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize the IBP process & tools, and drive improvements in key areas such as forecast accuracy, forecast bias, CFR projection and improvement, volume allocation of constrained platforms, inventory optimization.
• Define, set relevant Supply Chain KPIs and metrics and animate the performance in the region (Customer Service Level, Forecast Accuracy, Inventory, Write-off) to drive sustainable and profitable growth and deliver cash.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve it, contributing to AMEA performance (i.e. cash/inventory, forecast tools) upscaling the digital & reporting capabilities of the team
• Support local team in developing strong processes and tools to drive performance, efficiency and compliance. Build and animate local and regional workshop, planning convention (IBP/Planning)
• Facilitate and animate key platforms/meetings to drive business continuity, raise and tackle critical issues across the network, and set up corrective actions.
• Lead and develop a team of 4 people, as well as design the team’s roadmap in line with the AMEA Operations strategy.


In order to be successful in this role, you need...

- Holds a University Degree (Ideally in Engineering or Supply Chain)
- 7 to 10 Years of relevant professional experience. (Ideally having experience in different categories)
- In-depth Supply Chain Planning / End-to-end planning knowledge
- Solid understanding of S&OP / IBP processes & dynamics
- Knowledge of basic systems (SAP R3, APO)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI
- Python and Machine learning knowledge will be a plus
- Strong end-to-end business sense
- Results-driven, making fact-based decisions
- Collaborative problem solver

- Excellent communication, able to convince/engage people from planners to senior leaderships
- Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to manage multiple situations in a complex environment with uncertainty
- Quick learner, demonstrating autonomy and innovative on the work
- Strong analytical skills. At ease with figures and in supply chain concepts (demand forecasting, inventory calculations etc).
- Team player and demonstrate management skills
