Event Crew Part-time

Scope of Work:

• Customer Engagement:
  - greet and assist customers with activities at the booth
  - provide information about products and promotions (briefing will be provided)
• Product Management:
  - ensure stock levels are adequate and restock merchandise as needed
  - assist with inventory count at start and end of each day
  - maintain product displays (if any)
• Assisting at Cashiering Point:
  - pick and pack merchandise based on customer orders
  - ensure the accuracy of picked merchandise against the order list
  - assist cashiers as needed, ensuring a smooth flow of transactions
  - maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cashiering area.
• Event Setup and Teardown:
  - assist in setting up the booth before the event starts
  - help with dismantling and packing up at the end of each day

1. Morning Session: 9 AM to 4 PM (7 hours)
2. Evening Session: 3 PM to 10 PM (7 hours)

Venue: Jewel Changi Airport, Level 5 Cloud9 Piazza
Date: 01 November to 02 November 2024 (Sat and Sun)

1. Morning Session: 9.30 AM to 4 PM (6.5 hours)
2. Evening Session: 3 PM to 9.30 PM (6.5 hours)
