Scope of Work:
- Customer Engagement:
- greet and assist customers with activities at the booth
- provide information about products and promotions (briefing will be provided) - Product Management:
- ensure stock levels are adequate and restock merchandise as needed
- assist with inventory count at start and end of each day
- maintain product displays (if any) - Assisting at Cashiering Point:
- pick and pack merchandise based on customer orders
- ensure the accuracy of picked merchandise against the order list
- assist cashiers as needed, ensuring a smooth flow of transactions
- maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cashiering area. - Event Setup and Teardown:
- assist in setting up the booth before the event starts
- help with dismantling and packing up at the end of each day
