Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or any related study
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in Networking
- Skills/Experience on Palo Alto
Responsibilities
- To provide Network Support, Incident Management. Monitoring on new incidents
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Upgrade of firmware of devices.
- Service Request Fulfilment
- Responsible for the infrastructure network design, implementation, testing, security, managing and maintenance of proposed system
- Configure and maintain network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Manage project tasks to meet schedule, cost and quality
- Work closely with Team Leader/Project Manager to meet system delivery milestones
