about the job
- Assist with daily site operations, including the development and revision of site operating procedures.
- Perform preventive maintenance on all building equipment
- Work on building management programs for a mission critical facilities environment
- Support the Property Maintenance Team in ensuring the smooth operation and effective management of properties
- Utilize knowledge of building defects and Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems to manage and resolve issues
- Manage and respond to all complaints, feedback, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
skills and experience required
- Degree/diploma/Higher NITEC in Engineering
- Min 3 years of experience in Property Management, Building Management, or Project Management.
- Strong understanding of property maintenance, building defects, Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems, and preventive maintenance practices
- Familiarity with property management software and tools
