Requirement:
1. Review with Sales Executive on sales issues.
2. Provide guidance, support and solution to problems encountered
3. Monitor Sales Executive’s progress and activities
4. Provide product and sales training
5. Gather market information from Sales Executives’ feedback
6. Liaise with various departments, e.g. Service and Delivery Departments, to ensure smooth coordination of customer service
7. Visit customer to gather demonstration progress/feedback
8. Review individual Sales Executive’s performance, motivate and encourage Sales Executives to achieve sales target
9. Conduct weekly team brainstorming session to develop plan and strategy to improve sales performance
10. Any other duties assigned by Management from time to time
Requirement:
1. Degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing with at least 5 years sales related experience
2. Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
3. Pro-active, resourceful and proven sales track record
4. Able to communicate effectively with people at all levels
5. Self-motivated, result oriented and customer focused with good interpersonal skill
