Job Descriptions
- Provide general administrative & operational support to the Operation
- Responsible for job postings and adverts posting on various recruitment platforms
- Contacting and shortlisting suitable candidates
- Arranging for interviews
- Managing on-boarding & off-boarding processes for employees
- Handle sensitive information in confidential manner.
- Assist in monthly payroll process (CPF, SDL)
- Responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing
- Provide advice and support on payroll-related queries to employees and relevant stakeholders
- Assist on training and development
- Office purchasing and maintenance
- Follow-up and coordination of tasks with internal and external stakeholders
- Any other Admin and HR Ad- hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- At least diploma and above
- Detailed and careful person
- Preferably able to speak/write/read in Mandarin to liaise Chinese clients
- Proactive and willing to learn
- Experience in administration would be an advantage
- Good in MS Office
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm
