Job Title: Application Engineer
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the General Manager, the Application Engineer will focus on enhancing operational efficiency by implementing technological solutions such as Microsoft 365. The key responsibilities include:
- Business Analysis Work closely with end-users to identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and develop applications to drive value
Conduct business analysis to identify bottlenecks and optimize processes
- Microsoft 365 Apps Implementation Provide guidance on using Microsoft 365 apps to enhance work efficiency
Automate manual workflows using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Manage schedules and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to implement solutions
Perform end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and provide user support
Develop user documentation and conduct technical training for staff
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Technologies, SharePoint Online, and AppSheet
- Expertise in workflow automation using Power Automate
- Knowledge of business process automation, procurement, and accounting systems is an advantage
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-500, or PL-600) are a plus
- Fresh graduates with relevant skill sets are welcome to apply
