Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall operation management of the company, responsible for the company's business objectives;
- According to the company's overall development strategy plan, formulate, organize and implement the company's medium and long-term development strategy plan;
- According to the company's annual business plan, formulate sales targets and plans, and lead the team to achieve the targets;
- Responsible for the formulation and adjustment of the organizational structure of each department, supervise and follow up the achievement of the business indicators of each department;
- Responsible for the construction and management of the company's core team, and maintain the stability and sustainable development of the core team;
- Responsible for maintaining the relationship with the company's important customers and coordinating foreign government relations.
Job requirements
- Master degree or above, major is not limited;
- More than 10 years of senior management experience such as chairman, CEO, deputy general manager of well-known enterprises, directors of listed companies, management consulting company working experience is preferred;
- Have a deep understanding of the company's business philosophy and values, have a strong sense of entrepreneurship, willing to grow together with the company;
- Excellent strategic vision and market insight, strong leadership and resource integration ability;
