Personal Assistant (Creative Consultancy & Talent Management)

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM (with potential for additional hours during ad hoc events, compensated by off-in-lieu)

WFH Arrangement, 1 day per week

Salary:
$2,500 - $3,000 per month

13th month bonus (subject to performance)

Qualifications:
- Diploma or higher education
- Minimum 2 year of relevant experience

Required Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Familiar with Google Docs
- Basic knowledge of online editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) is a bonus
- Social media savvy with knowledge of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Understanding of content creation and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) is a plus

- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Effective scheduling and calendar management
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Directors' calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries)
- Oversee email management and communication on behalf of the Directors
- Run errands and handle tasks assigned by the Directors
- Liaise with internal staff, clients, and external partners
- Provide operational and administrative support for the agency's creative and talent management projects
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and meeting materials
- Coordinate and support the Directors at events, including talent appearances, brand collaborations, and client meetings
- Assist with social media content planning and coordination for company accounts and Directors' personal profiles
- Monitor social media trends and provide insights that may benefit the agency's talent and projects
- Ensure the Directors are always well-prepared for meetings and engagements, with all necessary materials and briefs
- Handle ad hoc tasks and projects with a high degree of flexibility and efficiency
