Contracts Manager

Cushman & Wakefield (s) Pte Ltd

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
  • Utilize CostX for accurate measurement and cost planning.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with contractors and suppliers.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budget and timelines.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on project costs and financial performance.
  • Advise on procurement strategies and contract management.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field with minimum 10 years of experience in the related industry
  • Proficiency in using CostX for cost estimation and management.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office).
