Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Utilize CostX for accurate measurement and cost planning.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with contractors and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budget and timelines.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on project costs and financial performance.
- Advise on procurement strategies and contract management.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field with minimum 10 years of experience in the related industry
- Proficiency in using CostX for cost estimation and management.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office).
