HR Admin

Rico Engineering Works Pte Ltd

* Monitor and oversee project administrative work


* Assist and support assigned Project Manager


* Preparing of quotation and invoices


* Liaise with external clients


* Ad-hoc duties as assigned




REQUIREMENTS


* Good interpersonal & communication skills


* Must speak Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients


* Familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel


* Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm) / Sat (9am - 1pm)


* 2 Saturday Off per month
