- Maintenance and Application Support:
- Administer and maintaining business software applications and platforms. ( Specifically, Nomos, Quantum, Kofax Readsoft, Optiva PLM, Automation Anywhere, Coupa and Pageproof)
- Provide L1 technical support and troubleshooting for users of business applications.
- Manage, monitor, and follow up Service Desk Process for incidents and requests.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and enhance / implement solutions as when required.
- Configure and customizing software solutions to meet business needs.
- Monitoring system performance and implementing optimizations.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
- User & Security Management:
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security settings within the application to ensure proper access control and data security.
- Support annual audit process – by providing relevant information to the audit team as requested.
- Implement audit recommendations to ensure compliance needs are met.
- License Management:
- Manage license and subscriptions – support PR & PO processes aligned to department approval / budget commitments.
- Look for opportunities where license requirements are changing – managing and optimizing subscriptions.
- Vendor Management:
- Collaborate / manage with Application Managed Service (AMS) software vendors and service providers to address issues, implement upgrades, and ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Manage Operational budget for Application Management Services (PLM and Automation Anywhere)
- Training and Documentation:
- Provide training and support to end-users to help them effectively utilize the business applications.
- Create documentation, user guides, and training materials to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure consistent usage across the organization.
