- Handle day-to-day HR-related questions and admin, such as new-starter processes, self-service tools, and time and attendance reviews.
- Being first contact/support for employees regarding attendance and various HR questions and services, coordinating/escalating as appropriate
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes job posting, resume screening, interviewing via phone/face-to-face, making job offers, and conducting reference checks.
- Work closely with the business entity to understand their manpower requirements
- Manage onboarding activities and internal communication.
- Other adhoc duties as assigned.

- Minimum A level / Diploma in Business Management / Human resource Management
