Job Description:
We pride ourselves on our excellent coffee; from preparing, and serving genuinely delectable coffee to creatively adoring your servings with beautiful latte art. Besides coffee, our bar also serves a curation of carefully selected tea, drinking chocolate and chai, slow-pressed juices and plant based fresh fruit smoothies, as well as alcoholic beverages such as draught beer, wine, cocktails and artisanal spirits.
In your role as a Barista Manager / Assistant Manager, you will oversee daily bar operations in the restaurant, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations encompassing exceptional customer service, high-quality beverages, and a positive work environment.
You will…
- lead a team of baristas, manage inventory, and maintain equipment, all while fostering a strong passion for coffee and a positive connection with our customers.
- be tasked with training and supervising your team, fostering a positive and collaborative team atmosphere not just within the barista team, but with your fellow colleagues in Service, Kitchen and Retail.
- ensure the highest level of customer service excellence is always upkept, such as addressing customer needs and any possible feedback efficiently and smoothly.
- safeguard the preparation of high-quality coffee and other beverages, adhering to established recipes and standards.
- monitor required inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to minimize wastage and maintain product availability.
- be responsible for sales reporting of the bar, as well as assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- carry out any required training for newly joined baristas, as well as to enhance existing skillsets and knowledge about coffee and other beverages, preparation techniques and recipes, and safety procedures.
- ensure that all health and safety practices are strictly upkept as per policies and regulations.
- be open to any other skill-development or ad-hoc tasked as assigned by your supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2-years related experience for Assistant Manager level, and minimum 4-years related experience for Manager level.
- A valid Food Hygiene Certificate registered with Singapore Food Agency (SFA).

- Excellent communication skills with positive, interpersonal skills.
- A team player with a good sense of job responsibility and a keen eye for detail.
- Honest willingness to learn and grow with the Company.
