What you will be doing
- Performance Management.
- Working with technical teams to understand new product features and enhancements
- Providing support for Audits
- Stakeholder management
- Identify and resolve production incidents
- Determine rootcause
- Management of incidents through existing ticketing system
The ideal candidate will possess
- Minimum 5 years of experience in application/production support within Corporate/Investment Banking
- L2 support experience
- Extensive experience in Mainframe
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
