Job Scope:
· Attend to feedback and enquiries from members of public received from client channels such as emails, online feedback system, and calls
· Provide interim replies to QSM cases received
· Work closely with relevant policy divisions and other public agencies to resolve issues raised by members of public
· Monitor progress of QSM cases to ensure they are closed within required service standards
· Assist in collating data and providing analysis on QSM cases received for quarterly QSM reports
Working Arrangement:
Location: Near Clarke Quay MRT Station
Contract Duration: 6 Months

Working Hours:
Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 6pm
Job Requirements:
· Good writing and communication skills
· Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
