Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Manager on project and site management.
- Assist Operation Manager to coordinate site activities and resources.
- Assist PM to carry out works according to Master Work Programme:
a) Prepare 2-weekly work programme for resources planning.
b) Conduct coordination meeting to prepare Daily Work Programme to coordinate resources with Operation.
c) Prepare Daily Report to monitor Progress and Status of Works.
d) Report status of work progress, problems encountered during Weekly Project Meeting.
e) Solving technical issues on site.
f) Assist in liaising with Client, SO’s Rep, RE, RTO and any other authorities, contractors and neighbours.
g) Coordinate with Site Supervisors, Safety Personnel, Sub-Contractors, Vendors, Suppliers, etc.
h) Assist QS on progress claim and VO.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in Civil and Structural
