- This role would require you to report to the Head, HR. In this role, you will be handling the full spectrum of HR functions. Job scope involves recruitment and retention, work pass applications
Responsibilities:
- Manage manpower planning needs and work closely with line managers on the full recruitment process
- Facilitate on-boarding of new employees
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and employment laws
- Monitor headcount changes, compilation of HR report and periodic budget preparation & projection
- Review and execution of HR policies and procedures
- Maintain the employee’s database and achieve the target set for key HR indicators
- Participate in projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 3 years of related HR experience
- Conversant with Employment Act and a good understanding of general HR practices
- Good people and communication skills with ability to interact with people of all levels
- Familiar with work pass requirement and application
- A good team player who possesses drive, initiative and ability to work independently
