Job description
Ensure and administer the organization's payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations. In addition to assisting with the day-to-day operational and administrative processes of the function HR, adhering to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting payroll transactions in an efficient, accurate & timely manner
- Maintaining and updating payroll information and resolving any discrepancies
- Ensuring compliance by following policies and procedures
- Maintenance of HRMS system and efficiency
- Responsible for administering government grants and support schemes in a timely manner (eg. E2i, SSG-WSG)
- Developing ad hoc monthly financial and operational reporting as required
- Handle and conduct human resources policy briefings relating to recruitment, promotions, transfers, personnel administration, and employee relations in a timely manner.
- Update the human resource manual and policy information including the employee handbook and forms
- Conduct exit interviews, and clearance including handling termination of employment cases.
- Preparation of weekly human capital analytic reports and submit ton line report.
- Work pass management.
- Handle the staff documentation of payroll matters and administration.
- Handle workplace safety and employees’ grievances
- Handle and update the foreign worker housing and contractor matters.
- Participate in HR projects and other duties assigned.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 Years of working experience in the F&B and Manufacturing industry is required for this position.
- You should have prior experience in payroll
- Good knowledge of employment legislation & statutory requirements
- Detail-oriented, organized, and meticulous
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource.
- Preferably Manager specialized in Manufacturing, Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
