Job Description
Admissions Administration
- Liaise with applicants to the NUS MEng, PhD, Eng.D Programmes timely, including
- Answering enquiries on graduate admission matters
- Tracking applications and complete submission of documents to support applications
- Liaise with interviewers and applicants for admission interviews
- Updating records
- Scanning and filing of documents
- Update and maintain information/data in Admission Systems
Other Duties
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and required by the team
Qualifications
- Candidate must have at least 1 year of working experience, preferably in the higher education sector
- Possess good business acumen with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good organisational and interpersonal skills. Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Self-driven, resourceful and organised
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Meticulous and thorough. Ability to deliver under tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Able to work and liaise with internal departments and external collaborators
