Job Description

Admissions Administration

  • Liaise with applicants to the NUS MEng, PhD, Eng.D Programmes timely, including
  • Answering enquiries on graduate admission matters
  • Tracking applications and complete submission of documents to support applications
  • Liaise with interviewers and applicants for admission interviews
  • Updating records
  • Scanning and filing of documents
  • Update and maintain information/data in Admission Systems

Other Duties

  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and required by the team

Qualifications

  • Candidate must have at least 1 year of working experience, preferably in the higher education sector
  • Possess good business acumen with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organisational and interpersonal skills. Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-driven, resourceful and organised
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Meticulous and thorough. Ability to deliver under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Able to work and liaise with internal departments and external collaborators
