Responsibilities:
- Work closely with shift teams to follow the production plan and resolve any issues.
- Be skilled in multiple areas of manufacturing, such as upstream/downstream processing, equipment, buffer preparation, or key systems like EBM, XFP, CIP, or SIP.
- Act as an expert during audits, explaining processes or investigations.
- Handle deviation investigations in the GEMS system, assess product impacts, and implement CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Manage change control processes in the CCMS system when needed.
- Maintain recipe management documentation if required.
- Address material issues by coordinating with MLCM or vendors.
- Develop and implement CAPAs from audit findings.
- Keep management updated on any events that may affect production.
- Suggest and review document revisions.
- Ensure a safe work environment and report safety concerns.
- Assist with audit preparation and review documents related to adverse events or annual product reviews.
- Lead the implementation of new processes, commissioning, and validation of new projects.
- Conduct investigations and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee product changeover activities.
- Monitor processing parameters for trends and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate department training when needed.
- Provide technical training and develop training materials as needed.
- Mentor and coach team members.
- Create and maintain personal development plans.
- Participate in site or global initiatives.
