Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist with HRM and administrative functions
- Assist to manage the asset database in ERP system
- Handle monthly payroll
- Support on employee relation issues
- Support on mobile and time attendance management system for employees in office and at sites
- Maintain HR administration, record filing and preparing reports
- Undertake any other ad-hoc HR or admin duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Business Studies or HRM related courses
- Min. 1 years of relevant experience in HR or payroll related functions
- Knowledge on Times Software preferred
- Good command of English preferred
- Positive and dynamic team player
- Meticulous with good initiative
- 5 days work week
- Transport pickup at Jurong East/Clementi/Choa Chu Kang MRT Stations
