Job Overview

We are seeking a part time general administrator to work 3 days a week to provide administrative support to the small Singapore office. The ideal candidate should have some accounting background, simple multitasking ability, possess good communication skills, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments,

Manage HR-related administrative tasks (Singapore only) including payroll and tax filing.

Administrative work including couriers and deliveries, tracking shipments, applying and following up government grants and booking of meeting rooms.

Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.

Support annual audits and liaise with external auditors.


Qualifications:

Polytechnic Diploma.

Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, in particular MS Excel.

Strong English written and verbal communication skills.

Prior experience in some accounting is advantageous.

Flexible and adaptable.

Good energy and attitude, with clear, organized, efficient and logical mind.
