● 18 to 20 years of overall experience as an Enterprise Architect in the Ecommerce domain
● 15+ years of relevant experience as a Technical Architect, demonstrating ability to deliver
solutions for large and complex engagements (experience should cover integration to commerce,
marketplace, and order management solutions).
● 12+ years of experience in designing, developing, and integrating with REST and GraphQL APIs
and middleware tools like Kafka, Mulesoft, MQ, etc. along with strong backend Java development
background
● 8+ years of experience in driving technical workshops, presales engagement, C-suite level
presentations, closing sales and strong stakeholder management during delivery.
● Strong experience in designing and developing Spring boot Java based microservices
● Proven experience in Must have experience in marketplace and OMS platforms like Fluent
Commerce, Mirakl and VTEX
● Preferred to have experience on 4 or more of the following digital technical stacks: -
○ IBM Sterling
○ Kibo
○ Salesforce Commerce Cloud
○ HCL Commerce
○ CMS platforms (Drupal, Contentful, AEM, Contentstack, etc.)
○ Analytics and BI tools (Google Analytics, Acoustic, PowerBI, Tableau, Adobe Analytics,
etc.)
● Relational database experience (Oracle, DB2 or MySQL)
● Functional Skills in onboarding systems and hands-on in integrations with integrated systems.
● Performance testing, tuning and Quality - Unit, SIT and Support for UAT testing. Test Automation
using Selenium, Junit and performance testing using JMeter and Dynatrace for application
monitoring.
● Experience in enterprise level solution design, providing effort estimates, identifying resource
needs, and enforcement of project and delivery standards
● Experience with providing accurate project plans, schedules, and ensure efficient allocation of
resources
● Knowledge transfer, coaching, training software engineers on the Fluent platform
● Should possess Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate
effectively across organizational lines and with virtual team members.
● Ability to deal with ambiguities effectively
● Manage team with focus on enhancing their technical/ domain skillsets
● Experience with Working in a matrix environment and building good working relationships with
multiple stakeholders including external Technology partners.
● Ability to motivate staff to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure
in a dynamic and complex environment
● Strong demonstrated people development skills to hire, coach, develop, and mentor team
members.
● Proven expertise on building a culture of continuous improvement within team and put together
metrics to measure the impact of their efforts
● Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
