telecom technical ecosystem and digital ecommerce domain, design an omnichannel solution
that integrates seamlessly between BSS, commerce and experience layers encompassing
multiple digital channels
Responsibilities
● Liaise with client business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and
design scalable solutions
● Understand and Assess third-party systems for functionality and integration
● Enforce platform principals, architecture principles, separation of concerns, and best
practices for solution design
● Provide guidance to the business and technical teams, both internal and external, on
applicable options to achieve the optimal outcome for problems
● Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical team to
recommend solutions to improve it.
● Resolving technical problems as they arise.
● Providing supervision and guidance to development teams.
● Continually researching the current and emerging technologies and proposing changes
where needed.
● Informing various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions
being implemented.
● Assessing the business impact that certain technical choices have.
Skills and Experience - Must Have
● Overall 10+ years of experience with a minimum 5 years experience in telecom and digital,
ecommerce domains
● Proven work experience as an End-to-End Solution Architect or similar role
● In-depth understanding of CX, Digital Transformation in Telcos
● In-depth understanding of Telco Customers, Products, BSS, Architecture, Integration
● Experience in B2C Enterprise Commerce, Middleware, Microservices Design, Frontend
technologies, Content Management Systems (Adobe platforms, ReactJS, NodeJS)
● Experience in Cloud Technologies - AWS (Certification is mandatory)
● Experience with APIs, Automation, Testing - Rest, GraphQL, Postman
● Experience working with Integrations - Payment Gateways, Logistics Providers, etc
● Previous project management experience is mandatory (Certification is mandatory)
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
