Job Description
- Develop and maintain equity and futures products to enhance service quality and optimise trading systems for efficient performance.
- Collaborate closely with researchers to integrate algorithmic trading platforms and drive continuous improvement of technical systems.
- Ensure the reliability of online services by adhering to best practices in areas such as code review and CI/CD.
- Support large-scale system designs to meet performance and reliability standards.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science or related field, with at least 4 years of experience.
- Proficiency in Linux; programming language is open.
- Experience with online services, service reliability, and best practices in Git, code review, and CI/CD.
- Strong interest in quantitative trading, no prior experience required.
- Preferred: Awards in ACM/ICPC, NOI/NOIP, or similar competitions.
- Preferred: Experience with large-scale, mission-critical systems.
- Preferred: Strong system design skills and low-level development experience.
