Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize SLAM algorithms for complex, high-dynamic environments. Areas of focus include, but are not limited to, point cloud matching algorithm development, feature extraction and matching, and multi-sensor fusion localization.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate of 2025 with a master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Robotics, Vehicle Engineering, Automation, or related fields
- Experience in developing core algorithms for high-precision mapping and localization in industrial settings; internship experience is a plus
- Strong mathematical foundation, familiar with probability theory, linear algebra, optimization theory, and Lie groups/ lie algebra
- Solid computer science background, proficient in C/C++ or Python, with experience in Linux platform development
- Familiar with classic VIO/LIO/VSLAM/SFM algorithms; expertise in at least one mainstream visual or laser SLAM system. Experience with open-source libraries such as Ceres and g2o is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills, learning ability, and communication skills
