Principal Accountabilities
-Define product specifications. Be. Work closely with team members to be responsible for the hardware design and development of RF components, circuits, and systems.
-Perform Link Budget analysis, and Feasibility study of the key components to be used in a communication system. Identify potential high-risk components and proposed alternatives.
-Perform RF circuits design through the use of EDA simulation tools like AWR Microwave Office and Advance Design System (ADS).
-Work together with the layout designers to generate schematic diagrams and
-PCB layout design.
-Author relevant technical documents and publications of the new product. Be responsible in the preparations of technical proposals, technical reports, and presentations.
-Conduct module tests and performance verification in accordance to the formulated test plans.
-Coordinate with technical partners and customers in project design and development. Plan and ensure that project is in accordance schedule.
-Support customer on the technical application of the end-product.
POSITION SPECIFICATION
-Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
-3 to 5 years of design experience in RF transmitter or receiver circuits.
-Proficiency in using RF design tools and measurement equipment
-RF multi-layer PCB design
-RF component and system characterization, testing and integration.
-Familiar with use of PCB CAD tool(Altium/Orcad) for schematic creation
-Hands on experience with linear, digital, and mixed-signal circuit design is preferred.
