Our client is a global leader in electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure and microgrid solutions. They are expanding rapidly and seeking for Logistic Administrator to join the team.
The Logistics Administrator will play a critical role in managing the supply chain and logistics operations for our EV charger manufacturing processes. This position involves coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of products to meet customer demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shipping Coordination: Manage outbound and inbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers and suppliers.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, perform regular audits, and coordinate restocking to maintain optimal inventory.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain shipping and logistics documentation, including bills of lading, shipping invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Supplier Liaison: Communicate with suppliers and freight carriers to resolve shipping issues and ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the logistics management system, and generate reports on inventory levels, shipping status, and logistics performance.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding shipping, handling, and safety.
- Problem-Solving: Address any logistical challenges that arise, implementing solutions to minimize disruptions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, production, and sales teams to align logistics efforts with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain administration, preferably in a manufacturing or OEM environment. Fresh graduate with good attitude, without working experience will be considered.
- Familiarity with logistics management software and tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of regulations and compliance related to shipping and logistics.
- Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese as the role will require to liaising with Chinese parties.
