Job Description
Lead Budgeting Process: Oversee division budgeting, collaborating with project teams to ensure proposed expenses align with projected revenue.
Billing Administration: Manage billing processes within the division, coordinating with finance and billing partners to ensure timely and accurate billing for agencies. Ensure timely accruals when billing isn't possible.
Support Bulk Tenders: Collaborate with procurement and business lines to manage demand sensing and solution evaluations for bulk tenders.
Ensure Compliance: Work with project teams to uphold procurement and finance policies, conducting regular checks on documentation to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with government procurement and finance budgeting processes
- Project management experience is a plus
- Independent and proactive attitude
- Strong writing skills, keen interest in technology
- Proficiency in MS Office
