Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution:Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to ensure project goals are achieved.
Manage project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Client and Stakeholder Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and continuous communication.
Maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed expectations.
- Budget and Financial Management:Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that all costs are tracked and controlled.
Provide regular financial reports to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting any variances or potential cost overruns.
Implement value engineering techniques to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
- Regulatory and Compliance Management:Ensure that all projects comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and safety standards.
Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and licenses for project execution.
- Team Leadership:Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, consultants, and contractors.
Foster a collaborative working environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and efficiency.
- Reporting and Documentation:Provide regular progress updates to senior management and clients, including project reports and key performance metrics.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, schedules, and financial records.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 5 years of corporate office interior management, and project management experience from real estate consultancy firms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Corporate office fitout experience is a must.
