1. Job Responsibilities:
1).Assists the General Manager in formulating the company's development plan and business plan, and is responsible for coordinating and deploying various functional departments to implement and execute it.
2).Aggregates internal information from the enterprise as well as external information such as market conditions and competition, conducts comprehensive analysis, and coordinates the company's business development.
3).Assists the General Manager in guiding, directing, supervising, and managing all aspects of the company's operations, and implements various procedures and regulations.
2. Job Description:
1) Convenes and chairs company meetings, checks, supervises, and coordinates the progress of work across departments, and coordinates and guides the work of department managers.
2).Responsible for handling and coordinating the daily affairs and public affairs of the company.
3. Job Requirements:
1) Aged 30-60 years, bachelor’s degree or above in economics, investment, business, real
estate, marketing, or related fields, ideally with a combined knowledge structure (e.g., investment + marketing, or finance + management).
2) Over 6 years of work experience and at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably with full-cycle investment, development,or management experience in chain esports cybercafés or esports hotels (with at least 5 chain locations).
3) Strong sense of responsibility, execution ability, communication, and coordination skills, and ability to work under pressure.
4) Good team spirit and cross-department collaboration skills, with strong logical analysis and management abilities.
5) Knowledge of and compliance with Singapore's local laws and regulations, with high levels of integrity and adherence to professional ethics.
6) Proficiency in English or Chinese, with the ability to communicate fluently.
