Job Duties:- Perform Opening or Closing Duties.
- Provide exceptional customer service and experience .
- Handle POS system and payment terminals accurately to process customer transactions.
- Rolling for dough and baking
- Ability to use soft-serve ice cream machine and making frappe
- Restock shelves and replenish the items as needed.
- Washing of equipment and utensil upholding hygiene standards
- Keeping the outlet clean at all times
- prioritising sale goal given daily by the Supervisor/Manager
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor/ Manager.- Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure the safety and quality of the products.
