What you have to do:
- Develop project plans for robotic product, including initiation, schedule control, cost management, and delivery. Facilitate cross-departmental coordination by collaborating with product managers, team leaders, supply chain, finance, and others to align project requirements. Review project milestones and advance the implementation and monitoring of project progress
- Manage project risks with a comprehensive understanding of the product lifecycle. Quickly identify risks during the R&D process, including technical, schedule, quality, and cost risks. Create and implement risk response plans to ensure project objectives are met on time
- Organize reviews at various stages of R&D and oversee other standardization efforts. Participate in internal and external audits, assist in developing improvement measures, and track their effectiveness
- Manage standardized project documentation throughout the R&D process
What you need to have:
- Recent graduate of 2025, holding a bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics, supply chain, or a related field; overseas study experience is preferred
- A solid understanding and/or experience in product development, project management, with knowledge of logistics, automation, and warehouse management systems
- Strong communication and presentation skills, along with effective problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is required
- Native proficiency in Chinese, with strong spoken and written English skills
