Job Description
- Lead the implementation and enhancement of HRIS modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to launch new projects and modules within the HRIS framework.
- Ensure the HRIS system is configured to support the company's HR processes, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee data management.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring the system meets the needs of the business.
- Provide training and support to HR and other stakeholders on the effective use of SuccessFactors modules.
- Monitor and optimize system performance to enhance user experience and functionality.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and workflows through the HRIS system.
- Develop and document HRIS-related processes, ensuring alignment with global HR policies and procedures.
- Regularly review and update system configurations to reflect process changes and enhancements.
- Work closely with the Global HR Director to build and execute a digital HR roadmap that aligns with the company's long-term goals.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to identify and prioritize HRIS initiatives that support global HR objectives.
- Track progress against the digital roadmap, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
- Lead HRIS-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Ensure that all HRIS modules and processes are effectively correlated within the system, providing a unified experience for users.
- Maintain data integrity and security within the HRIS, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
The Successful Applicant
- Has 5 years of relevant experience in HRIS management, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
- Proven track record of successfully launching HRIS modules and managing HRIS projects.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and how they can be optimized through technology.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data integrity and process improvement.
- Strong business acumens with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS.
