Principal Accountabilities:
Order Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of order management, including order entry, shipment coordination, delivery, and returns. Ensure adherence to established systems and processes to guarantee timely and accurate fulfillment.
Customer Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal/external stakeholders. Address and resolve any issues related to orders, planning, and logistics, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Coordination: Collaborate with transporters, the warehouse, and customers to coordinate shipments and manage delivery schedules. Ensure effective communication and resolution of any delivery or order-related challenges. Vendor Relations: Liaise with vendors to track order progress, address any issues, and ensure timely delivery. Monitor and manage vendor performance to meet service standards.
Additional Duties: Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned to support customer service excellence and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Preferably Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain, Engineering and Commerce. (Fresh graduate are welcome)
