Job Description
- Manage a group of agencies in the Asia Pacific region, ensuring they adhere to corporate governance standards and achieve high performance
- Oversee the process of setting up new agencies in the region, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and corporate standards
- Lead initiatives to improve agency performance, aligning with key performance indicators
- Collaborate with other departments to improve agency performance in the region
- Partner with the Finance Controller to oversee financial operations, including budgeting, expense management, and dividend declarations
- Lead and contribute to strategic planning processes that aim to enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness
- Provide financial and analytical support to inform decision-making and drive successful project execution in the region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners to foster effective collaboration and ensure compliance with corporate governance standards
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or Maritime with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering results
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to think critically
