Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end corporate channel including sales, availability, pricing, content listing, stovks, on-site visibility & traffic generation, order management &fulfilment, after-sales service etc.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new corporate clients and expand existing client relationships.
- Identify potential business opportunities through market research, networking, and leveraging industry contacts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and partners.
- Understand client or customer requirements to align our program to fit into their requirements leading to clients' higher participation and purchases.
- Conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of services for clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies and offerings.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
- Responsible for achieving sales targets and KPIs and expanding existing customer base.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably within the e-commerce sectors.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce enablement, digital marketing, and online sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
