Job Description:
Advanced clinical, supervisory, and administrative responsibilities include:
- Lead and supervise a team of social workers, caseworkers, and support staff.
- Manage complex cases by ensuring appropriate interventions and services are implemented, conducting assessments, and creating comprehensive care plans.
- Collaborate with professionals, agencies, and community organizations to improve social service delivery.
- Advocate for policies and practices that enhance resident well-being and contribute to the development of organizational policies and procedures.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff while keeping abreast of relevant research and best practices in social work.
- Oversee administrative tasks related to program management, including budgeting, reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Provide immediate support and intervention during crises and emergencies.
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work.
- Commitment to following Standard Operating Procedures in performing duties.
- Availability to work shifts according to the duty roster.
- Minimum of 3 years of direct practice experience and 1 year in a supervisory role.
