About Our Client

Job Description
- Administer monthly local payroll (including CPF) using Prosoft (Unit 4) and ensure timely, accurate processing.
- Handle yearly income tax reporting and validate SEA payroll data.
- Maintain accurate payroll records, adhering to internal policies and procedures.
- Prepare final pay computations for employee exits due to termination, resignation, or retirement.
- Collaborate with SEA subsidiaries to validate monthly payroll calculations.
- Submit monthly Defined Contribution payments with the external DC Administrator.
- Conduct regular audit checks on the mortality status of current and deferred pensioners.
- Provide payroll/headcount information and ad-hoc reports to HQ in coordination with Finance.
- Update and report using the D365 system.
- Administer and submit quarterly/half-yearly government reports
- Upload Flexi benefits to Prosoft on a monthly basis (with Payroll) and manage insurance (e-benefits).
- Perform general admin tasks, including answering phone calls, filing, and data entry.
- Assist with purchasing and maintaining office stationery, equipment, and facilities.
- Greet and attend to incoming visitors and courier deliveries.
- Handle any other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned.
The Successful Applicant
- Has 5 years of relevant HR experience in payroll
- Possesses strong business accumens, organisation and attention to details.
- Strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a professional attitude.
- Possess a good understanding of employment law
- Proficient in MS Office, Prosoft and D365 systems
