- Responsible in regional performance management process, including supporting the managers and employees in goal setting, offering feedback and submitting reports to the Management within the timelines.
- Accountable for managing the full range of HR functions, including promotion exercises, employee engagement, employee awards, employee relations, and other HR administrative tasks.
- Assisting on key HR deliverables for the BUs and ensuring all the HR initiatives are executed in line with HR guidelines and comply with statutory law and regulations in each country.
- Supporting the promotion of employee engagement and championing organizational change management and development initiatives.
- Offering administrative support and handling other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirement
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or related field with 4-5 as HR Generalist.
