Responsibilities:
- Conduct administrative and operational tasks at the centre
- Work towards attaining student sign-up targets and maximise monthly retention
- Liaise with customers and respond promptly to queries
- Resolve any customer grievances in a courteous and professional manner
- Assist with customer payments and maintain accurate files for auditing
- Assist with performance reviews and student promotions
- Update HQ promptly about student enrolment, trial lessons, and student withdrawal
- Handle petty cash at centre
- Safeguarding student welfare and safety
- Ensure the centre is well-maintained with a high standard of cleanliness
- Ensure all classrooms are well stocked with required materials and stationery
- Assist with any other ad hoc projects
Experience and Qualifications:
- Diploma-level qualification or higher
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience preferably in Education, Retail, Airlines, or any other customer-centric industries
- Good command of English – both spoken and written
- Kind and nurturing when interacting with children
- Professional and courteous when communicating with parents/guardians
- Excellent organisation skills
- Proficient with MS Office and Excel
- Willing to work both weekends and three weekdays
- Experienced candidates will be considered for the Centre Manager position.
