Position: Training and Development Manager
Location: Central
Salary: Up to $6000
Job Description:
Design Training:
- Create and adapt learner-centered training programs that align with client frameworks and meet specific learning objectives.
Training Development:
- Develop or review lesson plans and materials to ensure they meet updated learning objectives and methods of instruction.
- Materials include digital lesson plans, interactive slides, quizzes, training videos, handouts, and assessment plans.
- Ensure materials are compatible with the client’s Learning Management Systems for online and classroom use.
Project Management:
- Coordinate with clients and training developers to ensure timely delivery of training materials. Engage with subject matter experts and training managers to meet project standards.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP).
- Qualification in Training Development or Instructional Design from a recognized institution (IAL, NIE, etc.).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the education or training sector.
- Experience in developing lesson plans and assessment plans.
- Creating training materials like slides, guides, and eLearning courseware.
- Strong instructional design and project management skills.
- Knowledge of IT systems such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate, iSpring.
- Knowledge in web page creation using HTML, XML, and other web technologies.
