Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Advice to HR Business Partners and business leaders with regards to rewards programs and policies.
- Develop, implement and review the rewards strategies.
- Manage annual compensation and promotion review process.
- Advice and manage stakeholders regarding rewards programs and projects.
Job Requirement
- Relevant degree with at least 12 years of compensation and benefits experience.
- Able to handle large volume of data.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
