Job Scope:
- Concierge service, manage telephone calls, walk in queries from students and parents.
- Attend to the needs of students, e.g., apply simple first aid dressings.
- Distribute incoming/outgoing mail.
- Assist in disseminating circulars, documents, items to teachers and staff.
- Assist with daily office operations such as checking on deliveries, distributing food supplies to needy students in school, liasing with teachers on parents’ queries, following up on student absenteeism and other simple administration tasks such as photocopying and laminating.
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE “N” level.
- Able to multi-task and work independently. Possess good communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service and/or administration work.
- Preferably have First-Aid certification; and
- Possess basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, email system and internet).
- Personnel(s) with prior working experience in schools would be an added advantage.
Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025 (option to extend until 2026)
Salary: $12.60 to $13.60 per hour
Working Arrangement
Mondays to Fridays (5 hours per shift):
- 7.00am -12.00pm, OR
- 11.00am - 4.00pm.
