[Key Resposibility]
- Salary management: Payments, deductions, tax returns, Treasury data submission
- Recruitment & Onboarding : Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including of job postings, interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Managing EP and SP Application, Renewal, and Cancellation
- Management of HR-related regulations: Salary, attendance, benefits, etc
- Implement performance management programs to monitor employee progress. Coordinate performance appraisals, manage of employee evaluation system and results
[Qualifications / Requirments]
- Bachelor's degreee in Human Resources, Business Adminstration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR management
- MS word, excel utilization capability
- Proficiency in HR software systems (e.g. SAP / Time software)
- Preferential treatment for those who can speak Korean
