A ground-breaking initiative started in 2010, Project Dignity is a unique social enterprise comprising Dignity Kitchen, Dignity Mama Stalls, Dignity Learn, Dignity Outreach and many more. Our mission is “To build and return dignity to the disadvantaged and disabled through vocation with passion”. Our uniqueness not only stems from the range of programs that we provide but also that we cater to almost all disabilities as well as most of the marginalised in our society. One of our key pillars is Dignity Kitchen which is Singapore’s first social enterprise food court that harnesses the special abilities of our beneficiaries. Dignity Kitchen is the first food court in the WORLD to attain ISO22000 certification for food safety management. We also won the President’s Challenge Social Enterprise Award 2015.
Job Roles:
- Reports to Events Manager and answerable to General Manager
- Responsible for all the Company’s social media accounts management
- Develop engaging, creative and innovative contents for daily scheduled posts to reach out to clients, customers, the public working closely with the marketing and events teams
- Working with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with advertisement campaigns or other Company’s publicity messages
- Analyse data across platforms, design GIFs, coordinate messages
- Engaging customers and to target prospects in social platforms and leveraging influencers
- Create brand awareness to capture audience attention
- Perform administrative work of the Events team with correspondence, weekly and monthly reports and Outreach programme marketing
- Execution of incoming orders and CSR events by liaising with relevant departments
- Any other tasks as assigned by Management
Requirements:
- Diploma in Social Media Marketing
- Good multi-tasking and organisational skills
- Collaborative and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in developing compelling digital and social copies
- Familiar with video and photo editing software, such as iMovie, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop and etc.
- Good writing and verbal communication skills
- Working and technical knowledge of media planning with good understanding of digital landscape.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint
