Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Head of Commercial to lead our company's brand flash sales operations, encompassing both online and offline channels. This role is crucial for driving sales strategy, managing P&L, and enhancing customer engagement through impactful flash sales initiatives. Candidates with a strong background in market branding, outlet leasing, or experience with premium retail environments are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive flash sales strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and incorporates both online and offline channels.
- Operational Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of flash sales, including planning, execution, and evaluation to ensure operational excellence across all platforms.
- P&L Management: Take ownership of the P&L for flash sales initiatives, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness while driving sales growth.
- Team Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities for flash sales, ensuring competitive positioning across channels.
- Performance Metrics: Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze sales data to track performance, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, Retail Ops, Floor, IT and other reginal teams to ensure effective execution of flash sales campaigns across all channels.
- Customer Experience: Enhance customer experience by implementing best practices for sales, including personalized promotions and streamlined purchasing processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial roles, with a focus on flash sales, market branding, or outlet leasing.
- Proven track record of successfully leading sales operations and achieving significant revenue growth in both online and outlet environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
