- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assist customers and respond to customers’ complaints, requests and comments
- Ensure retail SOP are upheld
- Ensure Store VM display standards are maintained
- Consistently maintaining selling standards in order to deliver positive customer experience and achieve sales goals
- Develop and implement cross-selling strategies for appropriate products
- Suggesting products to satisfy customer needs
- Remain knowledgeable on products so as to enhance customer engagement and maximize sales
- Proactively resolve customers concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with customer satisfaction in mind
- Assist customers with returns and exchanges
- Perform register sales transactions quickly and accurately
- Ensure return merchandise is restocked to the correct product location
- Ensure all damage and defective merchandise is properly labelled and placed in appropriate area at end of each shift
- Maintain company brand standards of neat, clean and organized sales floor and stock room to ensure the store environment is safe and presentable for teammates and customers
- Execute efficient and effective handling of all merchandise from shipment process and replenishment systems while maintaining stockroom and keep stock standards.
- Ensure stock take is done and completed smoothly
- Receiving of E-coms stocks and issuing to paying customer
- Ensure that stock losses are kept to a minimum level set by the management, inventory count is done accurately, and the set procedure is followed
Requirements:
- Good in English and computer literate
- Excellent interpersonal skills in interacting with customers and in meeting their needs
- Ability to take direction while working with minimal supervision
- Candidate must possess at least a Secondary level
